Terms of service

What you agree to when you use LinkMe.Fast, and what LinkMe.Fast agrees to in return.

Version 1.1 · in effect since September 3, 2026

Who you are dealing with

LinkMe.Fast is operated by Bayfolk. These terms apply to the website, the published pages it serves, the API, and the mobile applications.

Using LinkMe.Fast means accepting these terms. If you are using it for an organisation, you are confirming that you may accept them on that organisation's behalf.

Using LinkMe.Fast

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service only where legally permitted. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You give LinkMe.Fast the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the service.

That permission exists so your pages can be served. It ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups for the period described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use LinkMe.Fast for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive activity. Do not interfere with the service or attempt to access another person's account or data.

Anyone can report a page that breaks these rules, and copyright owners can send a notice under the process on the copyright page. Repeat infringement leads to account termination under the published repeat-infringer policy.

Plans and billing

Paid features, prices, renewal periods, and applicable limits are shown before purchase. You can manage your plan from the pricing and account areas. App-store purchases, when offered, may also be governed by that store's terms.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, or retire features and may suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or serious misuse. We aim to provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects normal use.

LinkMe.Fast is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your account

You may stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account yourself from the account screen, which removes your pages from the internet.

LinkMe.Fast may restrict or end access for material violations of these terms. Provisions that naturally continue after termination, including ownership and payment obligations, remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change materially, the version and effective date at the top of this document change, and we give notice through the service before the new version applies to you.

Anything else

Read the privacy policy, or get in touch if something here is unclear. Copyright complaints have their own notice process, and pages that break the rules can be reported.
